No, we handle the design and copywriting. However, we encourage clients to share brand assets or product images for more personalized content.

Yes, we share a monthly content calendar for approval. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request changes before anything is posted.

No, paid ad campaigns are not included in our standard packages. We offer Facebook and Instagram ad management as a separate service.

Community management is not included in our monthly packages but can be added as an optional service.

There is no long-term contract. Our services are month-to-month. You’re free to cancel before the next billing cycle if you choose.

All packages are paid in full upfront, and billing occurs on the last day of each month for the following month.
